Maserati’s most powerful performance vehicle makes its North American track debutwith a special first customer delivery at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca Modena, Italy – August 18, 2024 – In a historic moment at Laguna Seca during the illustrious Monterey Car Week, Italian luxury performance brand Maserati delivered the first customer MCXtrema, its most powerful track-only super sports car, as part of a curated experience during the brand’s Car Week activities. This milestone moment marked the first time MCXtrema has graced North American soil. Maserati MCXtrema: A New Chapter in Performance ExcellenceThe Maserati MCXtrema, the Trident’s 730-horsepower ‘beast,’ has returned to Monterey, this time on track for its final stop during the Monterey Car Week tour. Intended to break the mold, the MCXtrema embodies Maserati DNA and the performance that defines every creation from the iconic Italian brand. With only 62 units produced globally, this limited-edition spectacle blends exquisite design with unparalleled racing dynamics. This special occasion at Laguna Seca served as the V6 3.0L twin-turbo Nettuno race engine’s debut in North America, where it was heard roaring to life and racing around the track for the first time. The MCXtrema underwent a series of rigorous tests, culminating with this delivery of the premier example in late summer 2024. Given its track-only nature, it was fitting that the first customer delivery occurred at one of the most famous circuits in the world during Monterey Car Week. A Grand Debut During Monterey Car WeekFollowing its presence on the Maserati stand at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, this delivery moment was highlighted by the presence of Maserati Chief test driver Andrea Bertolini, renowned for his success in the GT class with four world titles aboard the legendary Maserati MC12. Bertolini took the MCXtrema on its inaugural laps on the iconic Laguna Seca track, displaying the car’s capabilities with its new owner beside him before handing over the keys for the first time. This ceremonial handover celebrated the car’s remarkable journey from concept to reality, with Bertolini’s pivotal role in its development through rigorous simulation testing. “Seeing the MCXtrema come to life has been a rewarding journey. Maserati unveiled the concept here in Monterey just a year ago, and now, we’re delivering the first one at Laguna Seca,” said Giovanni Sgro, Head of Maserati Corse. ”It’s been a labour of love, with countless hours of hard work and dedication from our team. This car truly embodies the spirit of Maserati, combining the most advanced technology with our signature Italian craftsmanship. It’s an honour to be part of this milestone and to share it with our passionate customers. Very much out of respect for our customers, confirming the ownership of the MCXtrema continues to be an exclusive selection process – from beginning to end. When we decided to develop one of the most powerful track only cars in Maserati’s long history, we also wanted to identify the 62 unique individuals not as owners, but as custodians of a rich legacy.” Crafted for ExcellenceThe Maserati MCXtrema showcases the pinnacle of automotive innovation, blending Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. This track-only masterpiece is one of Maserati’s most powerful performance cars, developed with extensive virtual analysis to ensure optimal performance. Luxury automotive wall art business celebrates 400ᵗʰ customer

NOTTINGHAM – AUGUST 19th, 2024 – Limited100.co.uk, the East Midlands-based luxury car prints business, is an online-only direct-to-consumer store that’s been a hit with petrolheads around the world, from the UK to USA, Thailand to Australia and beyond. Powered by Shopify, the automotive home décor business was founded by car enthusiast and marketing professional Simon Wright, in 2020. Simon added: “I started Limited100 because after moving into my first home I was searching online for some artwork of a Lamborghini Miura, which I regard as the most beautiful car of all time. I couldn’t find anything of super high-quality that was handmade, so I decided to create a company of my own that celebrates the handbuilt artisanship that Britain is so synonymous with. “At the business’s conception, I began working with a carefully curated group of award-winning photographers and to ensure exclusivity, each print we produce is limited to 100 units ever (hence our name). The edition number is picked at random for each order, unless a customer reaches out for something specific. For example, edition 8/100 is popular with our Japanese customers, and we recently had an order for someone’s 50th birthday, so as a thank you for their custom we gave them edition 50/100. Proudly Made in Britain“In 2020 I applied for Made in Britain status, and eligibility requirements included manufacturing and assembling a physical product in the UK, and that 80% of our value chain is in the UK. Because our printing and framing are completed in Nottingham from UK-sourced materials, our application was approved and we now display the Made in Britain logo on our website, the backs of our frames, and certificates of authenticity.” “Our automotive prints are available in a range of sizes, from A3 all the way up to 5 metres wide. Formats include print-only, framed, canvas, aluminium composite and acrylic glass. Fully bespoke, we can print any format our customers request. Celebrating our 400th customer“Limited100’s client base is diverse, ranging from interior designers, to homeware gift buyers, supercar dealerships, mancave garage projects, and even James Bond enthusiasts. Our 400th customer was an employee from Portugal, buying one of our Ferrari F40 prints for their CEO’s 40th birthday.” About Limited100Love cars? Light commercial vehicles tread heavy on the environment – we can’t wait until 2030, warns fleet electrification experts

Alarming research from McKinsey & Company (McKinsey) reveals that light commercial vehicles (LCVs) account for 40 per cent of all logistics-related emissions, which is eight times higher than the five per cent attributed to air freight. Fleet electrification experts at BEDEO urge both industry and government to seriously consider electric retrofitting as a solution to reduce the LCV sector’s emissions immediately, rather than waiting until 2035 and beyond. BEDEO urges government action to address the heavy environmental impact of LCVs, which are proven to be the single largest polluters in the logistics industry LCVs contribute 40 per cent of the logistic sector’s pollution, according to a recent report from McKinsey & Company, with BEDEO advocating for rapid adoption of electric retrofitting to reduce emissions With diesel LCV sales rising and slow EV progress, BEDEO emphasises retrofitting is crucial to meeting the UK’s net-zero goals now, not in 2035 and beyond To minimise or reduce tailpipe emissions from ageing large van fleets, BEDEO calls on the government to support retrofitting as a key part of the low-emission transition, offering a faster, cost-effective solution to transition existing diesel vans to electric BEDEO’s Reborn Electric programme offers hybrid and full electric retrofit conversions for large vans, reducing emissions with minimal operational disruption BEDEO’s whitepaper, titled ‘Accelerating the Transition, Supporting our Businesses: Enabling Low-Emission Fleets with Retrofit Electrification’, highlights the urgent need for retrofitting incentives to speed up fleet electrification, and is available to download here Farnham, 19 August 2024: A recent McKinsey & Company (McKinsey) report on pollution highlights that light commercial vehicles (LCVs) are the largest single contributor within the logistics industry (40 per cent). BEDEO, a pioneering leader in the electric mobility sector, urges governments and policymakers to take immediate action and acknowledge the power of electric retrofitting for large vans. Failure to do so could mean missing a critical opportunity to significantly reduce emissions while promoting a circular economy, warns the UK-based fleet electrification experts. The McKinsey report* is live at a time when UK-based battery electric LCV (eLCV) registrations are declining and diesel-powered LCV sales are rising. Data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) show that just 5.1 per cent (10,260) of all new LCVs (<3.5t and Rigids between 3.5 – 4.25t) registered this year are battery electric, which has reduced from 5.6 per cent (11,016) market share in 2023. In contrast, Diesel <3.5t sales this year are still on the up, reaching 187,223. New registrations in July 2024 – over 5,000 more than last year (2023)**. BEDEO believes that high upfront costs, limited availability, and perceived reductions in load space are significant barriers to buying brand-new eLCVs. However, BEDEO’s innovative ‘third way’ – retrofitting an electric powertrain through its Reborn Electric programme – provides a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a brand-new eLCV, offering electrification at a significantly lower price while preserving load space and reducing the overall CO2 emissions produced by LCVs. McKinsey’s report, released earlier this summer, emphasises the urgent need for fleet owners, OEMs, and policymakers to take stronger action in reducing LCV-related tailpipe emissions. BEDEO urges large van fleets and regulators to recognise the potential of electric retrofitting, particularly with its Stellantis-approved Reborn Electric system, which adds an electric powertrain to ageing diesel vans, giving them a new lease of life. This method is the subject of BEDEO’s whitepaper, titled ‘Accelerating the Transition, Supporting our Businesses: Enabling Low-Emission Fleets with Retrofit Electrification’, which underscores the critical need for introducing incentives for those looking to retrofit, and for retrofitters to be tighter regulated and scrutinised on safety and quality standards. Osman Boyner, Founder and CEO of BEDEO said: “No longer can we hide from the facts – LCVs are the single biggest polluters in the logistics industry. Our reliance on them isn’t going to reduce, and for good reason – LCVs are the backbone of the logistics industry – however, we need to rethink the way we power them [mainly with fossil fuels] and offer cost-effective electric versions now, and not just wait until they’re banned – that could be in 2030, 2035 or even beyond that. “Our solution is to offer retrofitting. Retrofitting electric powertrains is a pragmatic solution to achieve a faster LCV transition to net zero. The ‘TCO2’ approach, as we have coined it, combines total cost of ownership and CO2 considerations, offering a sustainable and economically viable path forward for large van fleets across the country. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that our retrofit solution ensures a lower TCO compared to investing in entirely new [large van / LCV] fleets, with operators able to realise savings on fuel and maintenance while also allowing for operational continuity – retrofitting can be accomplished with minimal downtime, ensuring that fleet operations remain uninterrupted. “The UK van industry truly is at a pivotal moment. Without swift action and the adoption of innovative solutions like our in-wheel motor technology, we risk falling short of our impending net-zero goals,” Osman continues. “We urge the Government to recognise and support these alternative electrification pathways, which not only make economic sense – for both the country and fleet managers everywhere – but are crucial for achieving our environmental commitments.” Supporting this is a BEDEO whitepaper, titled ‘Accelerating the Transition, Supporting our Businesses: Enabling Low-Emission Fleets with Retrofit Electrification’, which underscores the critical need for introducing incentives for those looking to retrofit, and for retrofitters to be tighter regulated and scrutinised on safety and quality standards. By embracing retrofit solutions, the UK can mitigate the environmental impact of diesel vans and passenger cars, improve air quality, and accelerate progress towards a greener, more sustainable future. BEDEO has submitted this whitepaper and other evidence for the government’s Registering historic, classic, rebuilt vehicles and vehicles converted to electric: call for evidence*** as officials review policies and processes relating to DVLA registrations for conversions. In 2007, the fourth generation of the high-performance saloon also gained a BMW M5 Touring sibling. And now the new edition ensures customers will be able to choose from two body variants of the BMW M5 for the third time in its 40-year history. As such, the all-new BMW M5 Touring satisfies the wish list of demanding enthusiasts who value the hallmark dynamic prowess of an M machine and the refined performance of a BMW M5, but do not want to forego the additional load space, practicality and long-distance comfort of a Touring model. In fact, the new BMW M5 Touring has up to 1,630 litres of flexible load-carrying capacity for leisure activities and trips away. With its fresh take on the traditional BMW M design playbook, the new BMW M5 Touring brings its racing-car-inspired character to the fore. Its M-specific design cues are focused on fulfilling their functional brief when it comes to cooling and aerodynamic balance. The pronounced roof spoiler and heavily raked, slim D-pillar underscore the car’s dynamic lines. A high proportion of surfaces painted in body colour offer visual purity and references to the high-performance sports car’s top-class dynamics, while prominently flared wheel arches, side skirts and the M-specific design of the front and rear aprons distinguish the BMW M5 Touring clearly from the BMW 5 Series Touring. The overall concept of the new BMW M5 Touring enables it to deliver an enthralling driving experience on the track as well as in everyday use and longer journeys. Alongside its long wheelbase, wide tracks, a low centre of gravity and almost perfect 50:50 weight distribution, the new BMW M5 Touring features a body with improved rigidity and enhanced aerodynamics, as well as chassis technology in a model-specific configuration that has been carefully tuned for the M HYBRID drive system. As in the BMW M5 Saloon, the BMW M5 Touring’s M HYBRID system produces a maximum output of 727 hp and peak torque of 1,000 Nm to deliver intoxicating performance on road and track alike. At the same time, the partly electrified powertrain enables almost silent and locally emission-free driving with a range of up to 42 miles (WLTP), while the Combined Charging Unit allows AC charging at up to 11 kW. Athletic silhouette with elegantly stretched Touring proportions.Viewed from the side, the distinctive character of the new BMW M5 Touring is accentuated by the elegantly stretched roofline and a model-specific roof spoiler. The whole side frame of the body has been redesigned for the high-performance model with a confident, sporting aesthetic as the aim. As a result, the new BMW M5 Touring is 75 mm wider at the front wheel arches than the BMW 5 Series Touring and 48 mm wider at the rear. With an exterior length of 5,096 mm and width of 1,970 mm (matching the dimensions of the BMW M5 Saloon), the high-performance model is 36 mm longer than the BMW 5 Series Touring and 70 mm wider. It stands 1,516 mm tall, which means it almost precisely mirrors it in height. The side window graphic tapers in the rear section of the body, generating a powerful shoulder area highlighted by the prominent wheel arch extensions specific to the new BMW M5 Touring. In contrast to the BMW M5 Saloon, the character line above the flush door handles extends to the rear lights on the Touring model and brings an extra touch of elegance to the distinctive silhouette. Side skirts painted in body colour round off the muscular style. The hunkered-down body with front and rear aprons extending down almost to the road surface lend additional emphasis to the physically imposing proportions. The aerodynamically and aeroacoustically optimised M exterior mirror caps are painted in Black high-gloss and can be specified as an option in carbon fibre. Phantom Scintilla, which honours our enduring muse, the Spirit of Ecstasy, is the perfect expression of these principles.”Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars For more than a century, the Spirit of Ecstasy has symbolised elegance and human achievement, inspiring countless works of art, from music to photography and moving image. In 2024, the year the marque celebrates its 120th anniversary, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars pays homage to its timeless muse in a unique Private Collection, named Phantom Scintilla. Based on Phantom Extended – the ultimate canvas for personalisation – this magnificent collection celebrates the ethereal beauty, grace and legacy of the Spirit of Ecstasy. Limited to just ten examples worldwide, Rolls-Royce Phantom Scintilla’s design evokes the wonder of the Spirit of Ecstasy’s fleeting presence: its exquisite interior features were inspired by the apparent movement of her robes, as the motor car glides by. Graceful Bespoke embroidery flowing throughout the interior captures the Spirit of Ecstasy’s elegant dynamism, culminating in a complex Gallery artwork. Carefully curated design features allude to the figurine’s origins with their references to Parian Marble: it was in this famed material that, more than 2,000 years ago, an unknown genius of Classical Greece sculpted The Winged Victory of Samothrace, the statue that inspired Claude Johnson’s original idea for a Rolls‑Royce mascot. Phantom Scintilla derives its name from the Latin word for ‘spark’ – a bright flash, witnessed only for an instant. This refers to Claude Johnson’s first flash of inspiration for a mascot, the aforementioned Greek statue, and captures the Spirit of Ecstasy’s ethereal grace – something glimpsed only for a moment as the motor car passes by, but which leaves a lasting impression. A NEW CHAPTER TO AN OLD STORYIn 1910, Rolls-Royce Managing Director Claude Johnson commissioned sculptor and illustrator Charles Sykes to create a Rolls-Royce mascot. Johnson already had an inspiration in mind: on a trip to Paris, he had visited the Louvre and been greatly impressed by the Greek marble statue of a deity descending from the heavens – The Winged Victory of Samothrace, which dates from 190 BCE. Sykes, however, felt the statue was too domineering to be a suitable subject. Having often travelled in Silver Ghosts, he believed a more delicate, ethereal figure would better express the marque’s grace, silence and subtle power. It is now generally accepted that he took his inspiration for what would become the Spirit of Ecstasy from Eleanor Thornton, Lord Montagu’s secretary and paramour. In creating Phantom Scintilla, the Bespoke Collective has reclaimed some of Johnson’s original inspiration, by introducing new materials and subtle references to the captivating vision of The Winged Victory of Samothrace. MATERIAL MAGICThe famed statue is sculpted in Parian marble, a fine-grained white marble quarried during the classical era on the Greek island of Paros. Known for its purity and radiance, this material allows light to penetrate to a depth of several centimetres, giving it a lustre that appears to come from within. For Phantom Scintilla, the Spirit of Ecstasy figurine has been given a ceramic finish that skilfully alludes to the texture of Parian marble, while retaining its familiar femininity and ethereality – a Rolls-Royce icon that finally unites the visions of both Johnson and Sykes. “We were fascinated with the qualities of Parian marble, and this material became the subject of our research for many months. To create a clear and elegant connection to the famed statue, we developed a ceramic finish that captures the translucence and purity of this unique stone, and perfectly embraces the ethereal nature of our icon”.Celina Mettang, Bespoke Colour and Material Designer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. EXTERIOR: GREEK INSPIRATION Phantom Scintilla’s exterior is presented in a two-tone Bespoke finish. The upper body is in Andalusian White, with the lower body in Thracian Blue, inspired by the colours of the sea around the island of Samothrace, whence the statue of The Winged Victory of Samothrace originates. A subtle metallic flake mimics the sparkle of sunlight on the water. The hand-painted double Coachline and Wheel Pinstripes in Spirit Blue complete the graceful exterior. INTERIOR: EXPRESSIVE MOVEMENTThe interior…

New Venom F5 ‘Stealth Series’ Celebrates Extreme Personalization

Hennessey’s ultra-limited Stealth Series pairs exceptional craftmanship with extreme performance +$3m ‘Hypersonic Blue’ Stealth Series F5 confirmed as final Revolution Roadster build Stealth Series trio sold out ahead of Monterey Car Week public debut Images: New Hennessey Venom F5 ‘Stealth Series’ in ‘Elemental Green’ Sealy, Texas (Aug 16, 2024) – Hennessey Special Vehicles, the Texas-based hypercar manufacturer, has revealed the ‘Stealth Series’ – a new, ultra-limited trio of its 1,817 bhp Venom F5 hypercar. Celebrating intricate, skilled craftmanship and the finest, most elaborate individualization options, just three models are to be built to the exclusive Stealth Series specification. Only available on track-focused Revolution models, the Stealth Series balances exposed carbon fiber, in black and tinted forms, with painstakingly hand-painted body panels. Unique to the Stealth Series, the exposed carbon fiber runs from the nose-mounted ‘H-badge’ down the entire spine of the hypercar. The exposed carbon ‘reveal’ initially broadens to meet the windscreen before flowing over the roof and narrowing organically – past the engine cover for the 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged ‘Fury’ motor – right to rear deck’s trailing edge above the mid-mounted quad tailpipes. Beyond the meticulous engineering and construction of the car and its powertrain, each Stealth model requires around 2,350 manhours just to create the flawless carbon fiber body and chassis, with a further 650 to 750 manhours to complete each complex paint treatment. Craftsmen hand lay the cosmetic carbon fiber, hand-paint every exterior panel, painstakingly upholster every piece of the dash, seats, and doors, embroider the ‘Hennessey’ script, and include personalized ‘easter eggs’ – unique to each customer. Every detail is considered in the utmost detail by Hennessey’s design team, from using the finest hand-laid carbon fiber found anywhere in the automotive industry, to the imperceptible surface changes from exposed carbon, to paint, to accent color on the bodywork. Just three of the uniquely American models make up the ultra-exclusive series of Venom F5 hypercars. Part of the 99-car total Venom F5 production run, all three models sold even before the series was shown at The Quail, during Monterey Car Week. John Hennessey, company founder and CEO: “Everyone knows that the Venom F5 is the most extreme, powerful, and visceral pure-combustion hypercar in the world, but the real selling point for our customers is the craftmanship, quality, beauty, and attention to detail. Combining all these elements into the Stealth Series creates a unique art piece that celebrates the finest craftmanship alongside raw, visceral, unapologetic American horsepower.” Hennessey’s design team works closely with Stealth Series owners to curate a specification that will achieve immortality through careful, thoughtful personalization. For example, unique features on the Stealth Series specifications shown at The Quail include tinted carbon fiber inside and out, body color-matched brake calipers, and personal racing numbers ghosted into the carbon fiber. Nathan Malinick, Hennessey Director of Design: “In creating the unique specification for the limited-edition Venom F5 Stealth Series, we were inspired by the hypercar’s aerodynamic form and the beauty, authenticity, and craftmanship of its exposed carbon fiber. The Stealth Series is a ‘best of both worlds’ presentation of exquisite, exposed carbon fiber and world-class, impactful paintwork that accentuates the F5’s form.” Hennessey debuted the Venom F5 Stealth Series at The Quail on Friday August 16 during Monterey Car Week in California. The Hennessey display featured a Revolution Roadster and Revolution Coupe version of the Stealth Series cars with attendees able to soak up the quality and attention to detail in the Californian sun. While exact customer specification costs remain private, the complete build price for each Stealth Series car exceeds $3 million. The third Stealth Series model is a Venom F5 Revolution in coupe form. Distinguishing the track-honed Revolution from its regular Coupe sibling is a full-width rear-mounted carbon fiber wing, roof-mounted air scoop, a significantly larger front splitter and rear diffuser. The Revolution features reworked suspension, engine cooling, and digital telemetry alongside dive planes ahead of each front wheel that channel air to improve grip at turn-in. In March this year, a Revolution coupe confirmed the Venom F5’s status as ‘America’s Hypercar’ by setting a new production car lap record of 2:10.90 at Circuit of The Americas. The company then turned its engineering focus to a push towards the car’s +300 mph V-max, building on the 271.6 mph set during its development. Continuing its evolution, Hennessey set a production car World Record speed achieving 221.92 mph in the standing half mile. Design, specification, and assembly of each Venom F5 is carried out just 100 miles from COTA at Hennessey’s HQ in Sealy, Texas. Hennessey has already built and delivered 24 Venom F5 Coupe, Roadster, and Revolution models to customers across the U.S. and around the world with a further 16 orders booking out build slots through 2024 and 2025. Potential buyers can apply to own a Venom F5 at HennesseySpecialVehicles.com.
