Selection of Contractor under Project No. BG16RFPR002-1.002-0010-C01 for organization of events

In implementation of project BG16RFPR002-1.002-0010-C03, the Association “Automotive Cluster Bulgaria” announces a procedure for the selection of a contractor with the subject:

“Organization of events (venue rental, catering, etc.) for the Association ‘Automotive Cluster Bulgaria’ under the project ‘European Digital Innovation Hub – Northwest Automotive Cluster Bulgaria’, financed under the programme ‘Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation’ 2021–2027, within Work Package 5 ‘Networking Activities’, distributed as follows:

  • Type 1 – 6 events dedicated to innovation in the sector
  • Type 2 – 3 B2B matchmaking events
  • Type 3 – 2 networking events within the EDIH annual event promoting digitalization
  • Type 4 – 6 events presenting available funding opportunities
  • Type 5 – 3 round tables for the exchange of expert experience
