We established our HR Work Group in July 2013 with the aim of bringing together the HR managers of our member organizations to foster collaboration and enhance competitiveness by addressing shared challenges and exchanging best practices. This initiative focuses on tackling the industry’s human resource challenges, improving workforce skills, and promoting excellence in talent management. By ensuring a steady supply of skilled professionals, the HR Working Group supports the sector’s growth and innovation.
Through our Software Work Group, we empower our members to stay at the forefront of global software trends by providing a platform for partnership and knowledge exchange in software innovation. It supports the development and integration of advanced technologies to enhance vehicle functionality, safety, and user experience, helping to shape the future of smart mobility.
