Isuzu celebrates outstanding dealer achievements at 2025 Isuzu Dealer Awards

  • Isuzu UK Dealer Awards 2025 celebrated top-performing dealerships, with Roger Young winning the Dealer of the Year title.
  • Other key winners included York Van Centre (Accessories Dealer of the Year), Gareth Hughes Motors (Customer Service Excellence), and Eaglesham Garage (Marketing Dealer of the Year), alongside finance and community awards.
  • Special recognition was given to Karl Street (Trek Trucks) and Hannah Mallard (B&B Tractors) as Heroes of Isuzu.

Isuzu UK proudly honoured its top-performing dealers at The Library of Birmingham. The event celebrated excellence across key dealership categories, recognising exceptional contributions to sales, service, marketing, and community engagement.

The highly coveted Dealer of the Year award was presented to Roger Young, who also took home the Parts Dealer of the Year accolade for achieving the highest total parts spend. These awards reflect Roger Young’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and support to customers.

Accessories Dealer of the Year award went to York Van Centre, in recognition of their highest total accessories spend, demonstrating their dedication to providing customers with high-quality enhancements for their Isuzu vehicles.

Excellence in Customer Service Dealer of the Year award was secured by Gareth Hughes Motors, who consistently went above and beyond to provide customers with timely, respectful, and conscientious service, leading to outstanding satisfaction ratings.

For their exceptional marketing efforts, Eaglesham Garage was awarded Marketing Dealer of the Year. Their innovative approach to events and social media engagement showcased the Isuzu brand to new and existing customers alike.

In the finance sector, S&S Services was named Isuzu Finance Dealer of the Year, achieving the highest turnover in Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance with Black Horse. Meanwhile, RVT Commercials earned the title of Isuzu Contract Hire Dealer of the Year, recognising their strong performance in contract hire and finance lease agreements with Lex Autolease.

A highlight of the evening was the Dealership Community Award, which was awarded to Crawford Automotive for their outstanding efforts in engaging with and supporting their local community in 2024.

Additionally, special recognition was given to those who made extraordinary contributions to the Isuzu brand. The Hero of Isuzu Award was presented to Karl Street (Trek Trucks) and Hannah Mallard (B&B Tractors), who were both nominated by their Regional Sales Managers for going above and beyond in their roles.
