Kia is celebrating the tenth anniversary of Kia Rental – providing fast, friendly and convenient car rental at competitive pricing – with a 10 per cent discount* across UK rentals made until the end of the year.

To receive the discount, simply make the booking as normal then quote “10year10%” when collecting your rental vehicle and completing the purchase at your chosen rental location.

Kia Rental was first launched in June 2014 and has gone from strength-to-strength ever since. The rental service offers convenient car rental for business and private users directly from a Kia dealership, initially offered at 10 sites dotted across the UK.

Today, Kia Rental is offered across 28 locations throughout the UK with an effective rental fleet of more than 1,400 cars, including some of Kia’s latest electric cars such as the fully electric seven-seat EV9.

This year, Kia Rental will further expand to 30 sites, often at locations otherwise underserved by traditional car rental.

Dedicated app
Users of the service can also benefit from using a dedicated app, introduced in October 2022, which offers a booking portal with the final few steps completed at the dealership. The app uses advanced technology to automate as much of the traditional rental process as possible, ensuring quick and easy process when collecting or returning the car. The app includes the ability to run driver licence and security checks, as well as handle the returns process, for example.

Convenient booking
Kia Rental can also be booked by calling the rental location directly, online or using the dedicated Kia Rental app, ensuring the service is accessible to as many people as possible.

Rent an EV
Every Kia Rental location offers rental of at least two of Kia’s multi award-winning fully electric cars. This allows a customer to book an electric car and test it out over a longer period of time, when compared to a traditional test drive from the dealership. Should the customer go on to buy a Kia, the rental cost is refunded too.

Rent by the day, week or month
Flexible rental is offered as standard with Kia Rental, allowing customers to book by the day, week or month and offering a choice of vehicles from the Picanto city car to the seven-seat Sorento large SUV, and everything between. This flexibility is a key to Kia Rental’s success over the past decade, ensuring customers rent what they need, when they need and for however long they need.
