• AA to provide nationwide service, maintenance, repair and roadside assistance for the born-electric Farizon SV

London, United Kingdom; Embargo until 09:40 on 29 April 2025: With order books open and first customers to be announced shortly, Jameel Motors, the UK distributor of the Farizon SV large van, has signed a partnership agreement with the AA, the UK’s leading motoring organisation, to provide blanket nationwide aftersales support.

Jameel Motors UK is committed to building a nationwide footprint of Farizon franchise dealers, strategically located to provide the very best geographical coverage for most customers. To complement the evolving network, the comprehensive agreement with the AA provides a fully established ready-made solution. It will be provided as standard, at no cost to customers.

The AA’s multi-layer support package for Farizon customers includes regular service and maintenance provision through its 213 expert EV- and LCV-certified aftersales workshops across the country, as well as nationwide coverage of over 100 on-call mobile technicians. In addition, one year of AA Roadside Assistance is included in the purchase price of all new Farizon SV vans and is transferrable with ownership.

As well as roadside assistance with an average response time of just 49 minutes, the agreement sees the AA aiming to fulfil routine service bookings at just 48 hours’ notice. It will also provide a dedicated telephone helpline to take bookings as well as for technical and customer service enquiries.

The Farizon SV comes with a manufacturer-backed, bumper-to-bumper four-year / 120,000-mile warranty; an eight-year / 120,000-mile warranty for the battery, a three-year paint warranty, and a 10-year anti-perforation warranty.

The Farizon SV is on display at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham from 29 April – 1 May on stand 5C114. A Farizon SV wrapped in AA livery can be viewed at the GreenFleet Decarbonisation Hub throughout the show.
