Plamen Mitev, general representative of the Willi Betz Group, presented the full range of the company’s activities in 9 main sectors pointed as a different region on the map of Bulgaria. “There are many companies that are willing to invest in the country, but do not want to take the risk with the construction of buildings and infrastructure. This is where we come, we invest and provide all to our partners, and they begin to pay rent from the first day of the production start. We are pleased because there is a long term investment which is payed back in 7 to 8 years and what has been built remains.”,said Mitev.

According to the manager the most important topic in the International Automotive Conference is to find a stable approach in the Government policies regarding foreign investment.”According to my opinion currently there is no solid path for foreign companies and investments, which is a big issue. As we see in the other speakers’ presentations which have already invested in Bulgaria, the flat tax and low cost are key factors. There is a need of a stable policy in long term.”
